STUDY TOUR is arranged in 2nd year to neighboring organizations for a day or two. This provides opportunity for interaction with entrepreneurs and executives associated with visit to a working establishment. Visit gives right perspective of what is disseminated in classrooms. College Administration meets journey expenses.

INDUSTRIAL VISIT is organized in 1st year to a known destination popular for industrial establishments and business houses for their contribution to Indian economy. This helps students to understand the journey of product from place of production to customer's hands and management strategies, which make this journey fruitful. College Administration meets the journey expenses.

PARTICIPATION is encouraged in extra curricular activities. Students are encouraged to organize and participate in the activities associated with physical and intellectual development and attitude building leading to open up one's personality. They are deputed to participate in similar activities organized by other educational institutes to inculcate competitive spirity among them.

CANTEEN FACILITY:- College campus has a canteen inside the campus having furnished dining space and kitchen facilities. It provides tea and tiffin, lunch and dinner facilities at suitable price. Special care is taken to provide qualitative food to student customers. Students can also get things prepared of their own choice on payment basis.

PUBLICATION:- College publishes a quarterly "RCEM News Letter" to help students upgrade their writing skill and to make reading and referring literary works as a perpetual habit.

HOSTEL FACILITIES:- Hostel facilities are made available separately to boys and girls with. Girls' hostel has also messing facility under the care of a housemaid. Hostel accommodation fee is Rs. 10000/- (Ten Thousand) per year to be deposited with admission fees. Hostel fee is not refundable. Any student, who has occupied hostel even for a day or leaves in the mid session, shall have to pay for full year. Apart from accommodation charges, the student-boarder shall have to bear his/her fooding charges every month.
