For MAT candidates: Based on merit list received from All India Management Association, New Delhi, candidates are called for group discussion and interview.

Candidates who have appeared in other National level entrance test(MAT, CAT, XAT, etc.) may also apply for admission by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favor of RCEM payable at Bhubaneswar for obtaining Brochure/application form directly from the College or by downloading from web site

For CET candidates :  Who have given their choice of this college for MBA course study are required to obtained brochure with application form from the college administrative office and the submit the same to the principal.

Selected students will be eligible to attend Group Discussion and Interview conducted by a committee of senior Faculty Members and basing on selection a merit List Is prepared. Candidates, who secure 50% and above in Merit rating, are considered and admitted in order of merit as per availability of seats, after personal interview.

For JEE Candidates :-  Successful JEE rank holders should give their option to RCEM in JEE counseling which will be conducted by Chairman JEE, Govt. of Orissa.
